Josh and Kimberly met, many years ago, in the very church that they were married in. In fact, they were in middle school! Josh says he chased her for 15 years : ) But I would say it was worth it because he caught her and they make such a sweet couple together. You can be around these two for all of 5 minutes and feel as though they are old friends. They are both kind and welcoming, fun to be around and obviously in love!
Kimberly and Josh had a beautiful December, Winter wedding in their hometown of Newberry , SC. I loved the subtle nods to winter in their wedding- the red berries and greenery just gave it a wonderful Christmas-y feel!
One of the sweetest, and tearful, first looks between Father and Daughter that I’ve witnessed. they even had me teary!
Kimberly and Josh chose to exchange gifts around a wall before the ceremony- so that they could have a few quiet moments together.
And they also get the award for most unique dance- they started out with a formal waltz….and then shifted into a high-energy swing dance! impressive!
These two were able to borrow the coolest old red truck! I could have stayed out there all night photographing that thing…but it was freezing, and they kinda had a party to get back in to!
Congratulations Kimberly and Josh! May you have an amazing life together!
