Well, Whitney said she prayed really hard for no RAIN…and God listened.  On my way to Charleston Monday, I just knew I was looking at a repeat of the previous Friday..rain, rain, rain!  But, it held out for us- whew!  Whitney’s finance is a baseball player, so we started the day out at the River Dogs stadium for a few “fun” shots….and some roasting in the sun- haha!! It was HOT!  But I am sure that Lee will be very happy when he sees them..she even showed off some of her pitching skills- haha!!  After the baseball field, we drove on to Boone Hall and started the “real” session there.  Whitney looked absolutely gorgeous….but of course you have to wait until after her wedding to see…..

Lauren’s smile is ….infectious. That’s about the best way I can describe it. When you see her smile…you find yourself smiling right along with her!  I so wish I could show you some of her images, but I have to wait until after her October wedding- but trust me- you will find yourself smiling too…

I met Becky in Charleston last Friday for her bridal session…..and after driving all the way down there in the RAIN-  I was sooooo glad the weather ended up cooperating with us!!!   It was actually quite nice, and the clouds gave some great cover so we ended up being able to shoot on the beach a lot earlier than we had originally planned.  Becky looked amazing in her dress-  so pretty!! Her makeup was done by Savanah Davis of N Salon and Spa.  After her September wedding, I will post some of my favs!!

Liza was married over the weekend, so I am postingsome of her bridal images.  We went down to Georgetown, to a beautiful plantation for these images. Liza brought along some of her bridesmaids, so I put them to work holding reflectors- haha! Thanks girls!! Liza is not only beautiful, but sweet as well. She is definitely one of those girls that makes you feel like you have know her forever.  Congratulations Liza- you looked gorgeous!!

Congratulations to Brooke, who was married yesterday……she is now off on a cruise, enjoying the warm sun of the islands. I’m jealous!  Below are some images from her bridal session- you look gorgeous, as always,  Brooke!

Whitney is married- yay! so I can FINALLY show off her bridal images- whew! I loved, loved, loved this shoot and I have had to wait for-ev-er to post them- haha!   I didn’t get to shoot Whitney and Cameron’s wedding, because i was already booked, but I still got to work with them on their engagements and bridal sessions!!  Congrats you two!! I hope you are having a wonderful honeymoon!!

Now that Chelsea is married, I can post some of her bridal images! Chelsea is, without a doubt, one of the sweetest girls I have ever worked with.  I love the image that she chose for her portrait (the first image shown below) - and when she told me why she chose it- it made me laugh.  Chelsea said everyone is always telling her she looks like she’s a little girl, and when she saw that image, she knew no one would say she looked like a little girl in THAT picture. I agree. That portrait truly showed Chelsea’s beauty, sense of style and attitude- loved it!

Congrats to Anna, who is probably still partying at her reception as I type this- haha! This bridal session ranks up there in my top favorites and I have had to wait 6 long months to be able to show these images.  We shot these in Beaufort back in November- and just look at how gorgeous Anna was!!!  I swear she just lit up the camera in every shot!
